About the Role

Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join a well established company based in the South Leeds area. This is a great opportunity to join a business where you can really grow with the business and develop and progress, long term wise.

In this Credit Controller role you will be managing the day to day activities of the credit control department, ensuring efficient collection of monies, building working relationships with business clients and providing excellent customer service.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing key debtor accounts and support the Credit Control team to chase outstanding debt and resolving customer queries.
  • Day-to-day management and development of the Credit Control team, providing guidance and support.
  • Establishing team priorities and setting of functional targets in line with forecasts.
  • Developing and maintaining a standard debt collection process.
  • Ensuring receipts and allocations are processed daily.
  • Producing weekly KPI dashboard and management reporting, liaising with other teams where appropriate.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Proven track record of Credit Control experience.
  • Experience with supervising, managing and developing others.
  • IT literate with MS Office including Excel.
