This role would be ideal for someone looking to make their first move out of a recognised accountancy practice or someone who is already working in a tax role for a professional services company within industry.
Aside from needing expert tax knowledge, you will also need to be a strong communicator as you will be dealing with the Partners on a daily basis.
There are some extremely exciting projects on the horizon with our client, so your role will develop over time and you will have the opportunity to get involved in some interesting and high-profile work, outside your day to day role. The role would therefore suit someone who is looking to broaden their tax experience and take on further responsibilities.
Reporting into the Senior Tax Manager, your role will include the following duties:-
-Assist with the preparation and submission of all corporate tax returns and computations
-Submit all Partnership tax returns, including capital allowance
-Arrange quarterly corporation tax payments
-Assist with the preparation and submission of all VAT returns
-Assist FP&A with audit questions
-Provide in house tax advisors with guidance and advice for partner tax return preparation
-Prepare profit estimates for third part financial advisors
-Get involved in other ad hoc projects including R&D tax credits and support with testing on a system implementation
You will need to be CTA or ACA qualified to be considered for this position. Our client are offering long term hybrid working, requesting 2 days to be worked in the office a week.
