Our client is a well-known, highly profitable organisation with a global presence and excellent career opportunities. They are looking to appoint a motivated, ambitious, and highly operational Senior Finance Business Partner to join their FP&A team as soon as possible.

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be the key finance person to support all operational areas within the business, particularly supply chain, acting as their 'go to' person for any financial guidance and support required.

Reporting into the Head of FP&A, your role will include the following duties:-

-Partner closely with the Operations Management Teams and key stakeholders across the business
-Managing a team of two qualified Finance Analysts
-Providing accurate and meaningful financial information to the Operations Management Team to facilitate strategic decision making
-Provide detailed financial analysis to identify trends
-Delivery of detail forecasts and plans
-Monitor and track financial process across Operational activities
-Ensure regular review of the Operations cost centre to ensure spend is in line with budget/forecast
-Drive development and implementation to enhance more effective processes across all supply chain functions
-Deliver updated views of year end performance
-Manage the capex process across the group
-Deliver business cases for new products/projects
-Develop management reporting and KPI's across the group
-Lead the delivery of ad hoc finance projects

To be considered for this great new role, you must be a qualified accountant and be able to demonstrate a successful background in finance business partnering, ideally with the Operations side of a business.

You must have worked in large, complex organisations previously and be confident in dealing with senior stakeholders on a daily basis.
