*Estimating/pricing of façade renovations, building maintenance and repairs.
*Responding to client queries and keeping clients updated on the project status.
*Preparing estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling project work.
*Preparing estimates to meet project goals, such as setting work hours, sequencing tasks, obtaining materials, and securing the best deals with vendors and subcontractors.
*Collaborating with other teams, conducting site visits, and providing other services.
*Degree educated or equivalent relevant construction qualifications (HND, Btec etc.)
*Background in construction
*Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
*IT literate- ability to use and manipulate complex excel spreadsheets.
*Brilliant management and negotiation skills.
*Ability to build relationships
