Having built such a great relationship with this company, I am really excited to be representing them on their search for an Administrator.

If you are a customer focused, commercially minded individual who fully appreciates the value that can be brought to a company via quality customer service, this role could be a great opportunity.

Your duties will include:-
-Ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately in line with customer expectations.
-Prepare delivery information.
-Investigation of Non-delivery and incomplete installations to understand the root cause.
-Receipt and processing of all completed deliveries and installations.
-Facilitating customer payments.
-To receive calls from all customers and effectively resolve all queries.
-Ensure all customers are fully communicated with delivery details at all times.
-Escalate any significant issues.
-Support and assist with improvements.
-Establish and comply with all documentation for order processing
-Ensuring excellent Customer Service.

The successful candidate will be:-
-A positive a proactive individual with the ability to take initiative.
-A strong communicator.
-Experienced within a similar role, preferably in the logistics/distribution/planning.
