Reconciliation Clerk

Job description

Sewell Wallis are working with an exciting business based in York that are looking for a reconciliations clerk. The role is an initial 10 month FTC with a strong possibility to go permanent for the right person.

The ideal candidate will be immediately available or on a short notice.

To be considered you must have a background in reconciliations and dealing with foreign currencies is desired.

Responsibilities of the role:
*Managing cash allocations in both GBP and other foreign currencies.
*Reconciliations from alternative payment providers.
*Daily Banking and Bank Reconciliations.
*Processing customer refunds.
*Processing supplier payments.
*Being able to provide reports on cash book and payment provider balances
*Processing expenses.
*Dealing with customer queries.
