Receptionist/Administrator

Job description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client of ours, they are looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Leeds City Centre. They are looking for someone to provide a friendly and customer focused front of house service to all visitors to the office.

Responsibilities of the role include:
-Greeting all visitors
-Providing H&S information to all visitors
-Maintaining the appearance of visitor spaces
-Providing food and drinks to meeting rooms
-Call handling using the national switchboard
-Completing printing/copying of documents

Experience and skills:
-Great people skills
-Friendly and approachable with great customer service
-Work well on your own and part of a team
-Good telephone manner
-Hospitality/Customer Service/Retail experience
