Sewell Wallis are currently supporting a fantastic Chesterfield based organisation who are looking for a Project Coordinator on a 3 month interim basis.

Working within a great team this is a varied role supporting both existing and new Clients. One months handover is available however experience of managing the whole sales process and projects is essential, including sales orders, logistics and stock control.
The main responsibilities include:
Project Administration - including creating purchase orders, chasing suppliers and managing the delivery process.
Dealing with sales enquiries
Managing sales orders, from quotations to delivery and invoicing.
Arranging imports and exports.
Dealing with all shipping documents - including creating packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, declaration of origin, certificate of origin.
Creating / Setting up & Maintaining Project Review spreadsheets.
Prepare and send the project set up form to Accounts Department.
Maintaining the stock levels and reporting any adjustments.
Electronic filing of signed delivery notes, packing lists, purchase orders and invoices.

This role is initially for three months but may be extended and is to start asap.
