-Management of a small team.
-Responsible for processing the payroll for across a number of UK locations.
-Overseeing the uploading of hours and salaries, holiday pay calculations, SMP/SPP/SSP.
-Resolving complex pay query escalations.
-KPI reporting for the team.
-Meeting deadlines for the business.
-Liaising with other sites.
-Conducting regular 121's.
-Appraisals, recruitment and disciplinary meetings where necessary.
-Previous payroll experience within a leading/supervisory role.
-Meticulous attention to detail.
