Part Time Finance Administrator

Job description

We're delighted to be working with an established business based in Chesterfield, who have an opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their friendly team on a part-time basis. The role will span across either 2 or 3 days per week and will be a 12 month fixed term contract, covering maternity leave.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Processing invoices
- Providing ad-hoc support to the finance team
- Assisting with finance administrative duties
- Covering reception periodically

You must have:
- Experience working in an administrative role
- Good communication skills, including active listening and good telephone manner
- Computer literacy, including confidence using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software (experience in using SAGE advantageous but not essential)

The successful candidate will be joining a small, friendly team and will be offered the necessary support and training during a handover period.
