The company have grown year on year since their inception and again have double digit growth planned.
They supply into the largest retailers in the UK and are going through a re-structure to enable them to be ready for high growth and demand of increased input.
The position is initially 6 months however will likely become a permanent fixture of the new team should things work out on both sides.
·Preparation of annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts
·Preparation of multi-million (£) P&L's and Tenders demonstrating high commercial awareness
·Challenge cost and margins within the retail business through variance analysis.
·Production of accurate and timely management accounts including variances
·Oversee full P&L and Balance Sheet
·Management and control of Fixed Assets & Rebates.
·Keeping the company's systems up to date with product updates: new product set up, costs, labour and o/h rates
·Yearly review of direct labour rates and factory overall efficiency
·Producing timely financial reports: sales, overheads, capex, stock reconciliation, labour variance and KPI's reports
·Liaising closely with the Factory Manager
