Legal Cashier 12 Months FTC

Job description

Sewell Wallis have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier to join a busy team in Bradford City Centre on a 12 month fixed term basis initially to cover maternity.

You must have strong finance experience in a legal setting to be considered and you will ideally be available immediately or on short notice (i.e. a week) as they require someone to start quickly.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Update client accounts when required
* Prepare and authorise online electronic bank transfers; CHAPS/BACS
* Monitor and ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions
* Query resolution
* Confidently communicate with stakeholders to provide relevant information as requested
* General accounts administration
* Process expenses
* Assist the purchase ledger team when necessary

The successful candidate will either be an experienced cashier, or be an experienced accounts person who has covered payments and banking with good Excel skills.
