Sewell Wallis are currently working with a professional services firm based in Leeds city centre who are looking to recruit an Interim Year End Accountant as soon as possible.
This role requires a hands on accountant who can provide support to the finance team over the financial year end.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for the following:-
- Support the finance team to ensure a smooth completion of all audit and regulatory requirements
- Produce the annual statutory accounts
- Review finance processes and identify areas of improvement
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation
- Preparing reporting packs for various stakeholders
You will ideally be a qualified accountant, with a strong technical background within audit. You will need to be available asap to start this assignment.
- £65,000 salary or day rate equivalent
- Hybrid set up
