They are now looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, to lead a small team and to influence the business performance through effective analysis and business partnering. This is a pivotable role in the business that reports into an experienced Finance Director and will give you excellent commercial exposure to the wider business.
As the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, your role will include the following: -
-Business partnering with the Retail Director to ensure all stores are profitable and running efficiently
-Managing a team of 3 analysts, supporting them with regular one to ones and development plans
-Overview of the monthly management accounts for Retail, Logistics and Central costs
-Ownership of the weekly trading pack
-Managing the budget process and quarterly cash flow forecasting
-Regular performance reviews for both stories and e-commerce with heads of departments and regional managers
-Ownership and analysis of e-commerce P&L
-Lead central cost performance reviews
-Interpretation of all financial/management information, making commercial and financial recommendations to senior management
-Provide financial analysis to senior management in respect of strategic and operational decisions
-Analyse and scope new business opportunities within stores and new business partners
To be considered for this opportunity you need to be a qualified accountant and have experience working in a fast paced and commercial environment. You must be confident in presenting to key stakeholders and have strong excel/analytical skills.
This is a position that needs to be based in the office, therefore unfortunately hybrid working cannot be offered at this time.
