A rare, phenomenal opportunity has been brought to my attention to recruit on behalf of a new client who's looking for a motivated Head of Finance to join their team!

This business has a brilliant growth strategy in place to help further expand through acquisitions and organic growth. They not only assemble and distribute their products, but they design them in house. Here there is a clear progression pathway for this individual to grow into a Financial Director role and so once demonstrated their capability of their role.

Duties for the role:

-Day to day responsibility for the finance function, including a Finance Controller and small team

-Overall responsibility for financial modelling for full annual budget production including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and investment budgets and forecasting

-Looking at current processes and evaluating on how to make them more fluid and efficient

-Ability to look and work on the sourcing of the product line

-Look at new systems to improve efficiency and implement them

-Deal with customers in a professional manner, chase debt and create new relationships with new customers

-Report on growth and new challenges going forward

-Be involved with the business's acquisitions

-Look at inputting a new purchase order system

Ideal fit for the role:

-Strong minded and able to vocalise processes for improvement to the Managing Director

-Qualified/Part-Qualified/Qualified by Experience

-Confident and willing to learn attitude

-Implementation of new systems (desirable but not essential)

Salary and package:

-Up to £70k basic

-New bonus scheme to be launched on the 1st February, 10% of salary paid every quarter

-5% match contribution to pension
