Ideally you will be Practice trained looking for a move into Industry, or considering your second move.
This is a newly created role and reporting to the Group Finance Director, your responsibilities will include:-
Taking ownership for the management of financial reporting
Preparing statutory and group accounts
Reviewing and the oversight of submissions from reporting entities
Managing corporate reporting
Day to day management of group financing arrangements and banking.
Managing relationship with tax advisors
Overseeing the group audit of corporate entities
Implementing improvements to financial control
Managing a small team
Fully qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/ACCA
Strong technical accounting skills including IFRS, consolidations and acquisition accounting
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across the business
