We are currently recruiting for a Financial Controls Accountant to join a global business, with offices in Leeds.If you are looking to make a first move into Industry this is an excellent opportunity to work in a varied role with the opportunity of international travel going forward.
Reporting to the Senior Management team, your responsibilities will include:-
Managing the Financial Control Framework for overseas teams
Reviewing quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
Providing support to the tax teams
Updating policies and procedures
Analysing costs
Preparing calculations for use in the annual budget process
Annual audit reviews
Business partnering non finance teams
Ad hoc project work
Requirements
Ideally ACA/ACCA qualified
Understanding of intra-group transfer pricing principles
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills as this role will involve dealing with UK and overseas teams
