You will be a qualified Accountant, ideally CIMA/ACCA/ACA and reporting to the Finance Director your responsibilities will include:-
Financial planning and analysis
Controlling the accounts across EMEA and APAC regions
Analysing and leading improvements including treasury, invoice, debt management, payroll and financial accounting systems
Monitoring the day to day financial operations within the company, such as payroll and invoicing
Establishing and maintaining policies and procedures
Contracting outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, and other financial needs as necessary
Tracking the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
Reviewing financial data and preparing monthly and annual reports
Presenting financial reports to management
Overseeing a small team
Qualified accountant ideally with international experience
Excellent IT skills
Experience of managing a small team
Ability to work to tight deadlines
