They now have a great opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join them within their global finance function. The successful candidate will contribute to the transformation of the finance function and will really be able to drive business performance.

Reporting to the Head of Finance your responsibilities will include the following:-

-Ensure the department achieve its objectives, make decisions and plan appropriately through effective understanding and use of financial analysis
-Work closely with COO's to lead the preparation of the annual budget for the department providing insight for key commercial decisions
-Interpret and communicate month end and forecast analysis for the department
-Provide regular performance forecast to give visibility to the COO's & FP&A team, highlighting any risks
-Challenge business assumptions in forecasting and planning
-Ownership of group P&L's and providing insightful commentary
-Review and analysis of actual performance, interpreting the results and providing insightful conclusions
-Act as the financial guidance between the business development team and finance
-Providing accurate financial support to ensure strategic business development, client retention and increased client profitability
-Ensuring financial models and processes are reviewed on a regular basis for continuous improvement
-Scenario modelling and business case preparation for business initiatives to aid decision making
-Work closely with BD Managers on client bids and proposals

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:-

-Qualified accountant with 5 years PQE
-Extensive financial business partnering experience with senior stakeholders within a professional services business. Experience within the legal sector would be highly advantageous
-Strong user of Excel
-A continuous improvement mentality to support the development of yourself and others
-A collaborative team player
