They have a great opportunity for a highly confident and dynamic Finance Business Partner to join a certain division within this large and varied company. The role will be all about delivering strategic change and providing the appropriate support to non-finance areas at all times.
As the Finance Business Partner you will report into a newly promoted and highly impressive Finance Director. Your responsibilities will include the following:-
-Managing and driving financial performance within your division with high levels of exposure to the commercial and operational side of the business
-Managing the day to day finance operations including ensuring the management accounts are produced in a timely and robust manner
-Business planning and forecasting where you will preparing monthly financial forecasts as well as quarterly forecasts for the Group
-Demonstrate a strong knowledge around the operations side of the business and any issues it is currently demonstrating
-Providing key business partnering support to the sales functions in order to drive operational and commercial improvements
-Commercial analysis surrounding process improvements and revenue/cost leakage issues
-Modelling scenarios to support management in some key decision making meetings
-Support and develop the current reporting procedures, identifying any process improvements that can be made
-Ensuring balance sheet integrity if maintained throughout the year managing a quarterly balance sheet review to identify any issues and improvements
This role will suit a highly ambitious and articulate individual who can demonstrate a strong background within commercial finance, or at least the right personality and drive to succeed in this area. Candidates from a practice background will be considered.
