Lucy joined Sewell Wallis in 2013 and has over 10 years’ experience specialising within Accountancy & Finance recruitment. Now as a Director of the business, she demonstrates her passion, drive and love for recruitment through the strong relationships she continues to build across Yorkshire.

She now manages the Leeds office which is now a team full of lively, dedicated and high achieving consultants. Lucy focuses on the senior finance market and thoroughly enjoys engaging with business leaders, many being candidates that she has previously supported across multiple sectors within blue chip and SME organisations.  

Out of work Lucy has her hands full with her daughter Amelie and not forgetting her Golden doodle Maisie! She is a regular Glastonbury goer and loves spending time with her friends at the weekend, especially when it involves a large New Zealand Sauvignon!
