Not everybody is looking for a permanent, full-time role. And not all our clients need them.
Sometimes, the right person at just the right time is what is needed, and that is where we come in.
There are so many reasons why you might be choosing to temp:
- Flexibility – you are in control and can fit work around your lifestyle, perhaps for travel, childcare or hobbies.
- A route to a permanent role – quite often employers will opt to work with new employees on a temporary to permanent basis. This offers both parties the opportunity to identify that this is the ideal role and environment before committing to a permanent contract.
- Whilst looking for a new permanent role – temping offers the opportunity to explore the market, potential opportunities and enhance your skills whilst looking for a permanent role. And just as importantly you’ll be earning whilst looking for work.
