Our client who are based in Central Leeds are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them ASAP on a 6 month contract basis.The role has arisen to support the team during a busy period but there is a strong possibility that the position will go permanent at the end of the assignment.
To be considered for the role, you must be available at short notice and whilst all-round transactional finance experience would be ideal, they will consider people who have worked within purchase ledger or credit control who are willing to learn.

Duties:
* Processing sales orders
* Managing the billing process
* Processing purchase ledger orders and transactions
* Bank reconciliations
* Statement reconciliations
* Processing expenses
* Chasing debt via telephone, email and letter
* General finance administration
