Sewell Wallis are delighted to be working with a brilliant, well-established company based in the Harrogate area who are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join their growing finance team on a permanent basis.The client are quite flexible in terms of experience so you ideally will have experience in finance or administration or be studying your AAT qualification and be looking to get into finance. This is a great opportunity to get into a role within finance and progress into other areas within the business over time.
Duties:
* Processing bill reversals, write offs and credit notes
* Point of contact for billing queries
* Processing quarterly bills
* Submitting electronic bills via various systems
* Reviewing reports to ensure compliant
* Setting matter budgets and charge-out exception rates
* Assisting other teams where necessary
The person:
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong Excel skills (ideally have knowledge of vlookups and pivot tables).
* Experience in finance, admin or customer service.
