Sewell Wallis are currently supporting a fantastic professional services based business in Leeds City Centre in their search for an E-Billing Manager. This is brilliant business that offers clear and focused career paths throughout their finance function.

Your responsibilities will include the following:-

-Develop strategies to control cost to process payments
-Leading a small billing team
-Liaising with key e-billing clients and Partners to ensure timely upload of invoices
-Resolving any billing issues that are passed up from the team or Partner in an efficiently and timely manger
-Maintenance on rates, budgets and training programmes and looking at improvement processes
-Acting as the key contact for our IT support department
-Meeting with Partners to ensure billing and cash collecting targets are met and maintained
-Update the finance management team weekly regarding invoice submissions and queries, including reporting on query types and resolution time frames

You must have experience around e-billing to apply for this position as our client is looking for someone that can really lead by example and explain all the current processes and how they can be improved. You will ideally have experience of supporting a global practice and working with key stakeholders in the business.
