Sewell Wallis have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join an innovative and progressive company based close to Baildon. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be situated in an immaculate and open plan office and work within a team of around a dozen other Customer Advisors. Previous experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment is essential as they require someone who can pick things up quickly and hit the ground running.

The role: Customer Services Advisor
Salary: £18000 - £19000, depending on experience
Location: Baildon

Your responsibilities will include:
-Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls as required
-Documenting all processes and procedures on the system
-Plan appointments with customers in line with current WIP schedule
-Assist with the programming and scheduling of any project works being undertaken within the region
-Produce reports for senior members when required
-Query resolution
-Handling any complaints and escalating when necessary

As the successful candidate you will:
-Be a strong team player
-Have experience in a call centre or customer service environment
-Excellent communication skills
-Be available immediately or on short notice
