The successful candidate will join a well-established finance team in which the will be responsible for the full credit control process.
It is a fast-paced environment in which the successful candidate will report directly into the Credit Manager. Due to the nature of the role 2 years' credit control experience is a requirement.
As the Credit Controller you will be responsible for the following:
Collecting overdue accounts by phone, e-mail or letter.
Ensuring cash collection targets and other KPI's are achieved.
Building up strong relationships with new and existing client.
Setting up new accounts/checking credit records/maintaining clients records
Following the company's cash collection policies and procedures.
Collating and reviewing information in relation to the ledger.
Reducing debtor days.
Working towards targets and KPI's.
Other ad-hoc tasks as required including invoice coding and running system rep.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong Excel skills.
GCSE Maths & English qualifications.
2 years' Credit Control experience.
Excellent organisational skills.
