Sewell Wallis have a fantastic opportunity for a Billing Assistant in the Keighley area. The role is at a rapidly expanding service based business.

The position reports into a friendly Billing Manager who will provide full support and training to the successful candidate.

This is a great chance for someone looking to take the next step in their career and take on a role with added responsibility.

Duties include:
Managing a portfolio of up to 100 key clients.
Responsible for the billing process from end to end.
Working closely with the credit control team and allocating cash on an ad-hoc basis.
Raising up to 1000 sales invoices on a monthly basis.
Resolving queries around hours and rates.
Speaking with key internal and external stakeholders.
Investigating old debt on accounts.
Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have:
Over 6 months experience within an accounts/billing role.
Experience of working in a fast paced environment and working towards established KPIs.
A strong work ethic.
Good Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills.
