We are currently working with a fantastic, well known organisation based in Castleford who are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.

This is a very busy role as you will be responsible for managing the entire admin process and will be the first point of contact for all staff and audit requirements.

The key responsibilities include:
- Producing clear and up to date policies and procedures, including changes to legislation.
- Planning meetings and events and ensuring minutes are taken when required.
- Supporting the Management team with any secretarial requirements.
- Input and edit information in spreadsheets/databases, produce reports based on these.
- Plan and manage appointments for staff for health and safety purposes.
- Handle sensitive company information in a confidential manner
- Manage the booking/scheduling of training for staff both internally and externally.
- Manage the retention of staff qualification and competency certification.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator with a good organisational and communication skills and great attention to detail. Good IT skills are essential.
