Since moving into recruitment in 2018, she has built a strong track record within specialist markets, bringing a proactive and detail-focused approach to senior finance hiring. She's experienced in fast-paced recruitment environments, and brings that to her approach - she gets the importance of being swift in the senior finance market across Yorkshire.

Working with a broad range of businesses across the region, Inci supports companies with key finance hires that strengthen teams and support long-term business performance.
