About the Role
Sewell Wallis is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded professional services West Yorkshire company based in Bradford City Centre, who are currently recruiting for a Legal Cashier to join their finance team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier to become part of a busy and supportive accounts team, with clear long-term progression available for the successful candidate.
What will you be doing?
- Completing bank reconciliations and managing out-of-date cheques.
- Identifying, allocating, and posting incoming electronic and manual receipts.
- Banking office and client account receipts.
- Checking and inputting CHAPS payments using the in-house Bankline system.
- Processing credit card payments.
- Preparing cheque payments and distributing them to fee earners.
- Checking and posting bills on the system.
What skills are we looking for?
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Recent working knowledge of SAR.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong team player.
