What will you be doing?
- Lead financial mobilisation of new assets: coordinate stakeholders, set up accounts, payment links, budgets, and ensure timely execution.
- Oversee and reconcile data in financial and booking systems; ensure accuracy and alignment with completion statements.
- Manage and support Financial Analyst; prepare financials for de-mobilisations and cross-functional projects.
- Support process improvements, project work, and carry out ad-hoc finance tasks as needed.
