About the Role

Sewell Wallis are partnering with a business in Harrogate who are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their growing team.

As a key leader in their field, this is an exciting time to join the organisation, as they continue to expand their portfolio.

What will you be doing?

  • Timely preparation and submission of monthly management accounts, balance sheets, and cashflow forecasts
  • Team development, objective setting, and regular one-on-one meetings
  • Delivery of client contractual financial reporting requirements and support for client annual statutory audits
  • Review and approval of annual operating budgets
  • Leading and participating in client meetings from a Finance perspective
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Staying up-to-date with industry initiatives to drive continuous improvement

What skills are we looking for?

  • Fully qualified Accountant, ideally CIMA / ACCA / ACA
  • Knowledge within the Property sector is desirable
  • Strong background in management accounts
  • Business partnering experience and the ability to deal with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong financial reporting and analysis experience
