About the Role

Sewell Wallis are working with a leading Sheffield based organisation looking to recruit a Deputy Head of Financial Reporting and Compliance. This is a highly flexible organsiation who offer unbeatable benefits and have an exceptional culture.

You will lead, manage and develop the financial reporting and compliance service. This will involve providing specialist support for financial transactions, ensuring the data integrity of finance systems, compliance with external regulation and internal policies and preparation of year end accounts and the accompanying external audit process. Your work will be varied and interesting, with no two days ever the same.

The role;

  • To lead, manage and develop a financial reporting and compliance service, providing;
  • Specialist support for financial transactions across the organisation;
  • Oversight of the data integrity of finance systems;
  • Compliance with external regulation and internal policies;
  • Day to day management of the external audit and year-end statutory reporting process.
