About the Role

Sewell Wallis are recruiting for a Credit Controller to join a well-established financial services company based in Leeds city centre. This company is market leading in their sector and are a very secure business to join.

This credit control position has become available due to internal promotion displaying their desire to promote and support their employees internally.

What will you be doing? 

  • Liaising with other departments to ensure an efficient service
  • Ensuring debts are paid within the outlined terms
  • Maintaining regular and consistent contact with clients to build positive relationships
  • Supporting other members of the team with ad hoc duties
  • Resolving queries promptly

 What skills are we looking for?

  • Previous solid experience in a credit control position
  • Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to listen to clients and negotiate
  • Able to maintain a professional manner at all times 
  • Confident to speak with clients over the phone
