Bridging Loans Business Development Manager

Salary/Rate:£65,000 - £75,000 per annum + bonus, pension, 25 days holiday per year

About the Role

If you have experience as a bridging loan broker then this role would be a suitable next step for you.

It is crucial that as a Bridging Loan Business Development Manager you are confident in being able to drive existing business as well as being able to build new relationships from the get go.

Candidate requirements:

  • A track record of at least 2 years experience as a Bridging Loan Broker
  • Knowledge of the financial services market
  • The ability to provide a consistent pipeline of business and build strong relationships with the existing Broker Network
  • Liaise with potential introducers to develop business opportunities
  • Assist with the co-ordination of existing business and marketing opportunities
