About the Role
Sewell Wallis is currently working with a brilliant Sittingbourne based business who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to cover a busy period for 8-12 weeks.
The Administrator will play a vital role within a busy team and will be responsible for covering reception. This is a part time role working Tuesday to Thursday 8-4pm.
What will you be doing?
- Covering reception and dealing with all visitors to the business.
- Booking meeting rooms
- Organising all meetings and managing the electronic diaries for the team.
- Ordering team lunches
- Overseeing general admin of data.
- Communicating with other departments via email.
What skills are we looking for?
- Immediately available.
- Diary management experience
- Strong administration and excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
