Accounts Receivable Administrator

Salary/Rate:£25,000 - £27,000 per annum

About the Role

Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a well known, established company based in Wetherby. 

This is a great opportunity to join a business where you can really grow with the business, develop and progress, long term wise.

The main duties of the role will be:

  • Monthly analysis of customer deductions and query level reporting
  • Preparing monthly full site reconciliation to support application process.
  • Maintaining Invoicing and Application routines, to ensure accurate and timely throughput of the billing process.
  • Ensuring that the daily cash receipts are posted accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Payment posting and allocations on proforma accounts.
  • Reviewing customer queries, internal investigation with key stakeholders and follow up through to resolution stage within the agreed service level agreement.
  • Update and maintain customer account master data as required.
  • Uploading billing data onto customer portals.

You will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years transactional support experience.
  • Have MS Office Excel (pivot tables, sum if and lookups) experience.
  • Have strong Excel skills.
