This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Accountant (ideally ACA/ATT) with a strong corporation tax background within Practice.
Your key responsibilities will include:-
Managing tax compliance and reporting under IFRS for the UK groups
Preparing UK tax figures included in group management accounts, budgets & forecasts and investor reporting
Ensuring all tax returns are filed on time
Supporting the FD with the UK group's tax policies, establishing a robust control environment
Assisting with ad hoc project work
Fully qualified Accountant,ideally from Big 4
Strong corporation tax experience
Good working knowledge of transfer pricing
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
