Sewell Wallis is currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join a US owned business, with offices on the outskirts of Leeds.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious qualified Accountant to join a dynamic and high growth organisation where you will be working as part of the senior management team.

Reporting to the Divisional FD, your responsibilities will include:-

Overseeing the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
Working closely with the Finance Business Partners and Head of FP&A to prepare key management information
Leading strategic finance projects
Reviewing monthly results
Managing financial risk
Reviewing key finance processes
Maintaining the balance sheet
Taking ownership of the audit process
Overseeing a team of 4
Ad hoc project work

Requirements

Fully qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA
Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial compliance and focus on financial control
Strong reporting background
People management experience
Ability to influence the wider business
