Sewell Wallis recruitment are excited to be working with a Sheffield based business who are leaders within their industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity as my client have massive plans for growth in the next couple of years.

The right candidate will ideally have some experience working within a Purchase Ledger role and have Purchase Order experience.

The role;
oPrepare the Sage payment reports for weekly US and UK payment runs
oEntering payments onto the online banking system and ensuring that the relevant information is presented for authorisation by the finance team
oEntering bank details for suppliers onto the banking portal where necessary
oRaising cheques when necessary
oUpdating SAGE with the payments made
oSending out remittances
oEnsuring purchase invoices are logged and approved in accordance with authority levels
oPosting purchase invoices for the UK & US companies into Sage
oCollating expense reports and checking.
oDealing with all queries relating to invoices in both the US and UK


The candidate;
- Experience processing invoices
- Experience with Purchase Orders
- Excellent Microsoft Excel experience
- Be able to prepare Sage payment reports
- Experience submitting expenses (desirable)
