I'm working with a Global Manufacturing business who are seeking a seasoned Management Accountant to join their busy, growing business at their Derbyshire site. This is a brilliant, hands on role and ideal for someone who likes a challenge and enjoys getting involved in the wider business.
This Management Accountant will be responsible for:
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- VAT return preparation, for all UK and ROI entities.
- Undertaking accounting procedures and assisting with preparing forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Preparation and analysis of monthly cost reports for departmental managers and the senior management team.
- Assist the Financial Controller with the decision-making process, that will ensure business growth and long-term success
The ideal candidate:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Manufacturing experience-this is key!
- Ability to be hands on and meet the working demands of the business
- A problem solver with attention to detail
