Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experience HR Advisor toe join our client's office based in Sheffield. This is a true stand-alone, HR Generalist role which will support and develop the full people function for the company.

For this role the ideal candidate would have experience working in a similar role and have experience working in a changing environment with a good commercial understanding.

This is a very varied and interesting role which will involve the planning, development and implementation of policies and procedures, end to end recruitment, ER matters, developing benefits portfolio and advising on salaries.

Experience/Attributes:
-Previous experience in a similar role
-Payroll experience would be an advantage
-Ability to work autonomously
-Ability to plan and deliver projects
-CIPD level 5 or equivalent
