Working with the HR Manager and team to deliver improvement throughout the people process with particular emphasis on absence management and retention.
Being the first point of contact for all employee relations advice on all areas of HR including disciplinary and grievance, contracts of employment, attendance, performance and policies and procedures.
Supporting all Managers with with day to day operational HR matters, recruitment and team training.
Managing and supporting the payroll function.
Ideally they are looking for someone who is CIPD level 5 with a strong background within HR and knowledge of employee relations and employment law. Communication skills are key together with the ability to multi task and work within in very demanding, but supportive, environment.
