The role has arisen to support the team during a busy period so you must have a strong background in customer service to enable you to hit the ground running. You will also be immediately available and able to commit to the full length of the assignment.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Answering inbound calls and emails
-Documenting all processes and procedures on the system
-Plan appointments with customers in line with current WIP schedule
-Assist with the programming and scheduling of any project works being undertaken within the region
-Produce reports for senior members when required
-Update and maintain any health and safety flags in applications, escalating when necessary
As the successful candidate you will:
-Have geographic awareness of the UK
-Be a strong team player
-Have experience in a call centre or customer service environment
-Excellent communication skills
