This role is working in a supportive team of credit controllers, working together to reduce aged debt and build great relationships with the company. Credit Control duties:

  • Working collaboratively and independently to reduce aged debt.
  • Consistently delivering a high-quality service to nurture relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing improvements to maximise service and efficiency.
  • Liaising with internal and external clients to process invoices.
  • Reconciliation of accounts upon funds received.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous credit control experience.
  • Strong communication and comfortable speaking with all levels.
  • Ability to build and foster positive relationships.
  • Comfortable using different software including Excel.
