This role is working in a supportive team of credit controllers, working together to reduce aged debt and build great relationships with the company. Credit Control duties:
- Working collaboratively and independently to reduce aged debt.
- Consistently delivering a high-quality service to nurture relationships and client satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing improvements to maximise service and efficiency.
- Liaising with internal and external clients to process invoices.
- Reconciliation of accounts upon funds received.
What we're looking for:
- Previous credit control experience.
- Strong communication and comfortable speaking with all levels.
- Ability to build and foster positive relationships.
- Comfortable using different software including Excel.
