She has a passion for building strong, trusting relationships with candidates and clients, providing a smooth and enjoyable recruitment process to perfectly match people to their dream role.

In her spare time Charlotte enjoys travelling and walking through the Peaks. She is also a big foodie, so going out for food and drinks with family and friends are her usual weekend plans.
