Sewell Wallis are looking for an Interim Cost Accountant to do a 6 month project at a successful manufacturing business based in Doncaster. The Cost Accountant heavily involved in standard costing for the business and reporting into the Group Financial Controller.The Cost Accountant will be experienced and able to take the lead and really own the project.
The job;
Standard costing
- Review of product standard costing - Material, Labour & Overhead allocation
- Update of product standard costing in the system
Reporting set up
- Margin reporting across all contracts/jobs
- Customer / market profitability analysis
- Product profitability
System
- Changing the pricing structure
This is chance to complete a varied 6 month assignment with a great business, part of a huge group and working with a talented and successful larger finance team.
