Client Operations Assistant

Sewell Wallis are delighted to be working with a well respected law firm based in Manchester who are now looking for a Client Quality Assurance Assistant on a 6 month contract basis initially that could later develop into a permanent position.

They are looking for people with either an insurance or legal background with strong excel skills, a brilliant organiser, great eye for detail and really importantly the confidence to communicate at all levels to ensure successful resolution.

This is a varied, client facing role which will interact with fee earners and clients to ensure that all contractual agreements and commitments are adhered to and monitoring ongoing communications.

The main duties include:
*Complete client file reviews
*Compile audit performance reports as required
*Communicate with relevant persons in the business to deliver constructive feedback
*Assist in implementing new processes in relation to design and training
*Review Service Level Agreements and ensure changes are communicated effectively to relevant teams
*Monitor compliant with the client SLA, with a particular focus on finance and billing
*Analyse data to identify best practice
*Support other members where necessary
*Preparing presentations for clients
*Supporting the Senior QA and Client Operations Manager when necessary

This role would suit someone with paralegal or insurance background or a legal grad with a couple of years experience.
