Sewell Wallis are recruiting a fantastic opportunity for an entry level role in the billings department for a large, international company.

Based in central Sheffield, this company has great surrounding amenities and fantastic in house benefits.

It's a great opportunity for a recent graduate or if you are studying AAT and wanting practical exposure.

Within this position you would be responsible for:

-Ensuring prompt submission of invoices
-Resolving billing/invoice queries, and establishing good relations with both internal and external contacts
-Managing client e-billing
-Updating the Finance Management Team weekly
-Escalating billing issues to managers/partners
-Supporting the legal team training from a finance perspective
-Reviewing and submitting updates for billing contacts within our client database.
-Working with the business to suggest, support & initiate change/s through process improvement & monitoring

The successful candidate will be:

-Experienced in finance either in a practical environment or educational (AAT or degree level)
